Mentoring

Depending on the experience (or lack of) of the agent, the company broker will mentor, or assign a mentor, to assist you in learning how to converse with buyer and seller prospects about the purchase or sale ofproperty. Often, your mentor will invite you to shadow them on buyer or listing visits, to observe a typical presentation.

  Technology

You will learn how to use the Partner Information System to develop buyer and seller “leads” which you will convert to property sales. This dynamic system is exclusive to Partner Network agents.
